A RAFT of family-friendly content is still screening at the Vue cinema in Barrow as summer closes.
Martin Yuille, general manager at the cinema, said: “This summer has been filled with exciting releases.
"From blockbusters to cinematic short stories, there’s been must-see big screen content showing for all ages and interests.
“With summer coming to an end, there’s still time to catch the content you might’ve missed and take a trip to new worlds.
"It’s all showing in the best seat, sound and picture quality, so we can’t wait to welcome filmgoers along to switch off again before summer's out.”
Among the big-screen highlights at the cinema at Hollywood Park are Jungle Cruise, which features a star-studded cast and is based on the Disneyland ride, and Space Jam: A New Legacy, the long-awaited sequel to the 1996 film featuring the Looney Tunes characters.
