South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN accused of assault is due to appear in court.
Paul Lackey is alleged to have assaulted a man in Barrow by beating him on June 4.
The 55-year-old defendant, of Holker Street in the town, is due to appear before magistrates over the alleged incident.
Mr Lackey is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court for a hearing tomorrow.
