A WOMAN who was more than three times the drink drive limit has been hit with a huge fine.
Lyndsay Burges, 30, of Dacre Road, Brampton, appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court on Monday.
She admitted one charge of drink driving. The court heard she drove on Castle Way in Carlisle with 109 mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - the legal limit is 35mg.
She was fined £575, banned from driving for two years, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £57 and costs of £85.
