South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN from Sefton is due to appear in court tomorrow after allegedly drink driving in Cartmel.
Carl Michael Radford, of Rufford Road in Southport, has been charged with drink driving after being stopped on May 29 for being over the legal driving limit for alcohol.
The 37-year-old is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court tomorrow morning to face the charge put to him.
