A THEATRE group has confirmed the show will go on despite Covid-19 setbacks.
Walney Musical Theatre Company reviewed the viability of their planned performances this summer before coming to a decision.
A spokesperson for the theatre company said: "Following government pushback and a week of discussions, we wanted to review the viability of our summer pantomime… We’re thrilled to announce that Jack & The Beanstalk will go ahead this summer!
"We’ve made the decision to introduce social distancing to give you the confidence that come what may, this show will go ahead so you can book in confidence and also book safely."
Performances will take place between August 4-7, with only 150 tickets on sale per performance.
A further limited number of tickets may be released as Covid-19 restrictions are eased.
