South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
A MAN accused of driving a skip lorry without proper control is to appear in court.
Darren John Bell, 38, of Rawlinson Street in Barrow, is alleged to have been looking down at a device in his right hand while driving the vehicle in Ulverston on October 23.
The defendant previously denied the offence and is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on June 29.
