AN air ambulance landed to come to the aid of a man.
A helicopter was seen to land on the sands off Grange's promenade.
A spokeswoman for the North West Air Ambulance said the crew were called to an incident in the town's Main Street around 2pm on Wednesday and travelled with the patient in a land ambulance after an incident.
