A gripping selection of newly released films are landing this month at Vue Entertainment Barrow to be experienced on the Big Screen as they were meant to be seen.

Featuring Oscar-winning Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Colman,'The Father' sees a mischievous and highly independent man suffering with dementia. As he ages, he refuses all help from his daughter Anne, yet such help has become essential. Set against the backdrop of a warped perspective, Anne's father tries to make sense of his changing circumstances.

Newly-released thriller starting Emmy winner Bob Odenkirk, 'Nobody' comes to Vue Cinema. Following a seemingly ordinary man who helps a young woman being harassed by thugs become the target of a vengeful drug lord.

The thriller sequel, A Quiet Place II is also showing. Following the dramatic events at home, the Abbott family are forced to face the terrors of the outside world as they venture into the unknown. As they continue to fight for their survival in silence so as not to draw the attention of the extra-terrestrial predators, they head out with only a shotgun and sparse supplies.
