A MOTORIST accused of driving while disqualified on the A590 is due to appear in court.
Kynan Charles Russell Dawes is alleged to have driven while disqualified and without insurance on the road near Levens on March 7.
The 28-year-old, of Gretdale Avenue in Lytham St Annes, is to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court to face the charges on June 21.
