South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court in Barrow.
A MAN charged with actual bodily harm, assault, and criminal damage is due to appear in court tomorrow.
David Gibney, of St Quintins Avenue in Barrow, has previously denied allegations of damaging a television of unknown value, causing actual bodily harm to Adele Chesworth as well as two counts of assault by beating.
All charges date back to April 2021.
The 54-year-old denied the allegations at the previous hearing on June 3 for the case management hearing tomorrow morning at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
