A PRISONER is due to appear in court tomorrow following an assault allegation.
Trevor Francis O'Neill, who resides in HMP Wymott in Preston, has been charged with assaulting Cameron Hill in Barrow on September 12, 2020.
The 48-year-old is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court via live link in the morning.
