A NEW date has been announced for an acclaimed comedian set to perform in Cumbria.
Omid Djalili was scheduled to perform at The Beggar's Theatre in Millom on September 11, 2021 at 8pm with his 'The Good Times' tour. Bosses at the theatre have now announced this date has been rearranged due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The date has been rearranged to Wednesday November 3 2021.
A spokesman said: "We have had to change the upcoming date for the wonderful Omid Djalili for a variety of reasons namely due to routing and constant changes to schedules following Covid.
"I am so sorry that we couldn't move it to another Saturday but in order to keep this gig we have agreed to him coming up to fit in with another gig in Lancaster. If you have tickets please can you confirm you will be with us on Wednesday November 3 by emailing admin@beggarstheatre.com."
