A WOMAN has been acquitted of theft from a laundrette after the prosecution offered no evidence against her.
Samantha Stowell, of Portsmouth Street, had previously denied all accusations that she took £460 from Whirlywash Launderette on Walney between November and December 2019.
Preston Crown Court acquitted the 38-year-old of all charges on Monday.
