A MOTORIST accused of driving while disqualified on the A590 is due to appear in court.
Kynan Charles Russell Dawes is alleged to have committed the offence on March 7,
The 28-year-old, of Gretdale Avenue in Lytham St. Annes, is also alleged to have driven without insurance and is due to face South Cumbria Magistrates' Court today for a hearing.
