South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A CASE at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court has been adjourned to next week.
Defendant Matthew Holland, of Conway Gardens, Barrow, had recently tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently in isolation in prison until Saturday.
As a result the case could not proceed on Thursday and was put back to May 20.
Holland is accused of stealing a £250 Carrera bike belonging to Craig McIlvogue, between March 2 and 8.
The 40-year-old is also accused of possessing the Class C drug pregabalin on March 14 with intent to supply.
