BARROW Borough Council is asking people to have their say to improve their offer to taxpayers.

The new survey, which aims to improve the customer service scores of the council, has been released online.

A spokesman said: “We are currently reviewing our customer service and would like to listen to our customers’ views.

“Our council plan clearly states we want to put our residents at the heart of all we do.

“We want to ensure all our customers have a positive experience when engaging with the Council.

“Please take time to complete this short survey to feed into the review process to help us improve our Customer Service”

Customers are defined as ‘anyone who lives, works in or visits Barrow Borough’.
