A BARROW pub has confirmed it will be reopening this week.
The Crown, Walney, will open its doors again to customers on Friday.
The pub announced the news on its Facebook page on Tuesday evening.
It will be open throughout the coming weekend.
A statement said: "We will open up this Friday, Saturday & Sunday serving drinks with a limited menu from 11am to 7pm, this is outside only!! and you do not have to book.
"Please be aware of the measures we are taking to ensure everyone stays safe during their visit.
"Everyone must Check in on their NHS Covid 19 App or provide contact details.
"Gatherings are limited to 6 people or 2 households.
"Face coverings must be worn when entering the building to use the toilet.
"Fingers crossed that the sun will be shining all weekend."
From 17 May, pubs will be allowed to serve customers inside their premises.
