A MAN has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after he admitted failing to attend appointments with the probation service.
Curtis Anthony Derby admitted that he breached a court order by missing three appointments in March.
At South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, the 29-year-old, of Bank Head in Millom, was told to complete 40 hours of unpaid work for the offence.
