South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A DEFENDANT accused of causing actual bodily harm is due to appear before magistrates.
Ian David Jones is alleged to have assaulted Bridie McGowan in an incident in Windermere on December 29.
The 47-year-old defendant, who lives in Oxford Street in Barrow, is due to make an appearance at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
He will face magistrates over the charge on Tuesday May 11.
