OFFICERS seized a vehicle after a motorist was found to be driving without insurance, MOT or tax.

Cumbria Roads Police pulled over a driver in the Witherslack area who is facing six points after a number of motoring offences.

The driver had been uninsured since 2019, had not undergone an MoT since 2019 or renewed his tax since 2014.

A spokesman for Cumbria Roads Police said: “The driver was reported for all offences and to the DVLA.

"He is facing six points and lots of costs if he wants his car back.”
