FOUR candidates have been confirmed to fight for votes at the upcoming election for the next person to represent Broughton and Coniston on South Lakeland District Council.
Matt Brereton (Conservatives), Lynette Rosemary Gilligan (Green Party), Paul Andrew Martin (Labour Party) and Heather Troughton (Liberal Democrats) will go head-to-head campaigning ahead of the vote on May 6.
The election follows the resignation of long-standing former councillor Anne Hall.
