Warrant issued for man accused of assault
A WARRANT has been issued for a Barrow man who failed to attend court today, South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court heard.
Patrick Alan Diamond, of Westmorland Street, was due to attend court this morning following allegations of assault by beating.
The alleged offence dates back to September 3, 2020 and details that the 30-year-old assaulted Chloe Martin in Barrow.
He failed to appear in court so the Crown Prosecution Service made an application for a warrant which was accepted by the court.
