ONE of the newest pubs in Windermere has announced that it is being sold.
The Pig announced it will be being sold on social media, and thanked it's loyal customers for their support.
The pub wrote on Facebook: "It was a wonderful adventure to launch a new venue and your support throughout has made it all worthwhile, but we must now let you all know that we have sold The Pig in Windermere.
"It is with a heavy heart we say goodbye but this last year has brought a new focus and we will be concentrating on our other venues.
"Thank you all for your amazing support, kind words and custom over the years, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
"We wish the new owners the very best and hope you will continue to feel at home at The Pig."
