BARROW Borough Council is urging anyone who has witnessed dog-fouling to report the incident.
The council is encouraging residents to report as much as information as possible to prevent dog-fouling incidents in the town. Anyone who has information on those who are allowing their dog to foul should contact customer services on 01229 876543 or www.barrowbc.gov.uk/report-it.
