A MOTORIST has been banned from getting behind the wheel for drink driving.
Scott Topping was charged with drink driving in Windermere on September 24.
The 31-year-old, of Church View in Boldon Colliery in Tyneside, admitted the charge when he appeared before South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
The court heard he had 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres, over the legal limit of 35.
Magistrates fined Toppin £300 and banned him from driving for 36 months.
