A MOTORIST has been banned from getting behind the wheel after drug driving.
Kai James admitted he drove his Vauxhall Vivaro on Walney on August 22 with cannabis in his system.
The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court.
James, of Duddon Drive on Walney, was banned from driving for a year by magistrates.
He was also ordered to pay a fine of £120 for the offence.
As well as that he was told to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
