FIRE crews have been called out to Walney in the early hours following a carbon monoxide alarm activation.
Called out this morning crews from Walney, backed up by engines from Barrow and Ulverston, used gas monitoring equipment to check the property and isolate the gas.
The North West Ambulance service were thanked or their assistance by precautionary checking the occupants as well as CADENT for their speedy response of an engineer.
