SINCE the Prime Minister announced his road map to the country's return after lockdown businesses have said when they'll be open.

1. Poundland. Barrow

The Hindpool street store, which opened its doors back to the public on Friday has been welcomed back by its customers.

2. Bumblebee At The Hive. Barrow

The Scott Street gift shop will be reopening on April 12 and has been a five-star rated business online.

3. Market Hall. Barrow

The historic and socially relevant market hall has been a stable of the community and will be welcoming visitors back on April 12.

Online reviewer Suzanne Parkin said: "It's a very good market hall. A good selection of stalls. A good butcher’s section, and a good market cafe, which is very popular."

4. The Townhouse. Barrow

The Dalton Road bar announced it would be reopening on May 17.

Online reviewer Paul Gallon said: "The decor is fantastic and it's a really nice place to be. The drinks menu was great, we tried several of the cocktails and were happy with all of them. Couldn't fault anything about our night at The Townhouse."

5. Buttylicious. Barrow

Located on Slater Street, the business has also confirmed it will be reopening to the public soon.

The popular music festival held in Cavendish Park has announced it will be returning on the August bank holiday weekend.

7. The Salon. Ulverston

This hairdresser has confirmed it will reopen on April 12.

8. The Old Friends Inn. Ulverston

The Soutergate bar will be reopening on April 12.

Online reviewer Anthony Motton said: "Very unassuming on the outside, looks like part of the terraces but the rear beer garden is really nice."

This hotel has seen a wave of new bookings after announcing it would reopen on April 12.

10. Haven Lakeland Leisure Park. Grange-over-Sands

The popular leisure park has also announced its plans to reopen on April 12.
