A MAN accused of being the owner of a dangerous dog that caused an injury to a person has denied the offence.
James Suthers, 40, is alleged to have been the owner of a Staffordshire dog that caused an injury to Ashleigh Windall on July 20 2020 at The Hoad in Ulverston.
Appearing at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, he pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Mr Suthers, of Windors Avenue in Morecambe, is due to face trial at Preston Crown Court and will appear there on March 26.
