POLICE have successfully applied to seize nearly £3,000 from a man,
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court granted an application for forfeiture of £2679.25, belonging to 25-year-old Craig Robert Jones, which may be used for 'unlawful conduct'.
The man, of Brocklebank Lane in Liverpool, was not present at the court hearing.
