INFECTION: Barrow sees decrease in cases
FIGURES have revealed that Barrow has seen a decreased infection rate from coronavirus.
The area has seen a 12% decrease in rates per 100,000 people, just as other areas are also seeing rapid falls in Covid rates.
RANKED: Covid infection rates in Barrow and South Lakeland
Eden has seen a 54% decrease while South Lakeland is one of two areas that has yet to see a fall, the other being Tameside in Greater Manchester.
As the vaccine rollout continues, areas across England have begun to see fewer hospital admissions due to Covid.
