PLANNING: Change of use application for 16-18 Fountain Street
AN APPLICATION has been put in for change of use of a dwelling in Ulverston to offices and a shop.
Mr and Mrs D Mammatt have put in the application to South Lakeland District Council. It concerns 16-18 Fountain Street.
The planning documents state: "The application is for change of use. The property has been previously used as retail and offices, and we wish to return to this use.
"There are no changes required to the building and all areas, both internal and external, will remain exactly as they are currently."
