Former Carlisle United man Ben Richards-Everton has left the Blues' League Two rivals Bradford City and joined Barnet.
The big centre-half has dropped to the National League after ending his time at Valley Parade.
Richards-Everton, who was formerly on Carlisle's youth books, was unveiled by the Bees yesterday on a deal until the end of the 2023 season.
He made 13 appearances this season for Bradford, including an outing against United in the Blues' 1-0 win at Valley Parade in December.
His encounter with the Cumbrians at Bradford the previous season saw the defender sent off in the Bantams' 3-1 victory.
The 29-year-old made 51 appearances in a season and a half in west Yorkshire.
Previous clubs include Accrington, Dunfermline, Airdrie, Patrick, Tamworth and Hinckley.
