PLANS to fell and remove deadwood on seven separate trees in Ambleside has been approved.
The Lake District National Park Authority received plans to remove deadwood in a Scots Pine Tree and two Beech trees and remove epicormic growth, prune branches of two holly trees growing over a drive, remove four branches of a Crimean Pine tree, and to fell a Fir tree.
LDNPA approved Mr Geoffrey Jones' plans at Sweden Bridge Lane, Ambleside.
