Carlisle United star Callum Guy has been shortlisted for an award - and fans can help him win it.
The in-form midfielder is among the nominees for the GMS Fans’ League Two Player of the Month award for December.
Guy's place on a six-man shortlist follows a series of influential performances which have led the Blues to the top of League Two.
The former Blackpool man's efforts last month see the 24-year-old up against Salford's Di'Shon Bernard, Timothee Dieng of Southend, Morecambe's Carlos Mendes Gomes, Bradford's Paudie O'Connor and Tranmere's James Vaughan.
Guy's citation reads: "The Cumbrian side are flying at the top of the League Two table after taking 13 points from a possible 18 in December.
"Guy’s influence on the league leaders cannot be ignored as the 24-year-old pulled the strings from central midfield.
"In addition to his usual industrious defensive work, the Carlisle man provided five assists in his five League Two appearances last month."
Voting is open now and will run until 9am tomorrow. Visit https://bit.ly/GMSFanAwards
