ADVICE: Surgery issues advice to over 80s invited to Covid-19 vaccine
A SURGERY has issued advice to vulnerable residents who are being invited for a Covid-19 vaccination.
Duddon Valley Medical Practice in Kirkby has offered advice to patients over 80 who are receiving text messages with a link inviting them to a coronavirus vaccination.
A spokesman said: "If you receive a text and are unable to follow the link to book your appointment please do not contact the Surgery or Dr Murray and Partners directly.
"We have spoke to the staff at the hub and they have advised that all patients who have received a text will be followed up with a telephone call if a response is not received.
"Your patience and understanding is appreciated during this time."
