Since then, the asking price has been slashed by £20,000 or 36.4 per cent.

It’s in the heart of Cockermouth and a short distance from the Lake District.
If occupied by a tenant, they would be responsible for any repairs.

£65,000
On the market for a three bedroom home?
The price of this home has been significantly reduced since it was first listed (35.5%); the initial asking price was £94,500.
It has been on the market since March 2020- since then, the price of the home has been reduced three times.
The home is marketed at families and it has been recently renovated.
The kitchen is newly fitted and the property even has its own rear yard.

It was first listed for sale in August 2020; since then, the asking price has been reduced six times meaning a total of £55,000 has been slashed off the price.
This would be a perfect family home, ideal for those who want some peace and quiet in the countryside.
