RECYCLING: Bin Crews in South Lakeland.
SOUTH Lakeland District Council has asked residents to 'bear with' them as disruption is expected for bin and recycling collections.
The council said adverse weather, dangerous road conditions and the impact of Covid-19 could lead to delays for collections this week.
A council spokesman said: "Please bear with us if your bin/recycling gets missed.
"We are expecting disruption on this week's rounds due to forecasts of adverse weather, dangerous conditions on the roads and staff absence due to Covid-19 shielding."
