A POST office is limiting the number of people allowed inside the shop after customers breached the two metre rule.
Millom Post Office has announced it was making a number of changes since the county had entered Tier 4 restrictions.
These included only allowing three people in the shop at any one time.
A spokesman for Millom Post Office said: “Many people are not adhering to the two metre rule while in the shop, therefore we are going back to basics and only allowing three people in the shop at any one time.
"We appreciate the weather is nasty at the moment but people’s safety has to come first so we would appreciate if you could check how many people are inside before you enter and would be grateful if you could leave room, away from the door outside for people to leave safely.”
