A MOTORIST was caught driving with only a provisional licence for the second time in a month.

Cumbria Police seized a vehicle in Copeland after the motorist was discovered to be driving unsupervised and without learner plates despite only being a provisional licence holder.

This was the driver's second offence in three weeks.
