A COURT case for a man accused of assault and criminal damage has been adjourned so that a pre-sentencing report can be prepared.
Mark Peter Reynolds, 23, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a Citroen Van belonging to Ryan Ferguson and assaulting Chloe Heworth on July 22 at Walney, South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard.
The Vulcan Road resident has been remanded on bail until the hearing at court on January 20 and has been told not to contact the complainants whatsoever except through a third party to arrange childcare.
He must also not go to Mill Lane in Barrow.
