PEOPLE across South Cumbria who are struggling during the festive season can access a free online mental health service.

Online mental health platform Togetherall breaks down the barriers to mental health access by offering everyone in Lancashire and South Cumbria the opportunity to join the vibrant online community for free.

The Togetherall website asks only for people’s postcodes and allows them to explore the website and all its features completely anonymously.

Paul Hopley, deputy director for mental health for the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care System (ICS) said: “We are delighted to be able to offer the Togetherall service to people living across Lancashire and South Cumbria. This means everyone who is struggling with their mental health always has someone to talk to and a place to express how they are feeling."
