The Met Office is warning that road and rail journey in Cumbria are likely to be affected by snowfall.
A yellow weather warning for snow has been in place from before 12pm today and will end at 9am tomorrow.
The snow warning covers areas including Windermere, Ambleside, Penrith and Carlisle.
The Met Office said: "Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services."
