A WANDERING moggie has caused a stir after it was found in a supermarket car park.
South Lakes Veterinary Surgery has appealed for information about who the owner of the cat is.
The adventurous feline was found on Monday in Ulverston Booths' carpark and was subsequently brought into the surgery to be scanned for a micro chip.
According to comments the animal is a regular visitor to the supermarket.
A surgery spokesman said: "Does anyone recognise this beautiful boy?! He was found wandering in Booths carpark in Ulverston.
"Please call us on 01229 582900 if you have any information about this lovely cat."
