LOCATION: Paradise Street in Barrow
PLANS have been submitted to convert disuses office block into residential dwellings.
The decision from Barrow Borough Council Planning Committee is still pending on the Paradise Street site.
A covering email from Craig and Meyer Architects regarding the property said that there would be no commercial demand for this as an office space due to no parking access and surrounding residential permit parking.
The plan is to build two self contained residential flats.
