South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Barrow-in-Furness
A TRIAL date has been set for a Barrow man who has been charged with threatening behaviour.
Craig Lynndon Postlethwaite, 50, of Salthouse Road pleaded not guilty of intimidating unlawful violence on two people on July 21, South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard.
He has been remanded on conditional bail until December 9 when the court trial is due to take place and is not to contact either witness or enter St Francis Gardens.
