A FURTHER three deaths among Barrow Covid-19 positive patients were announced yesterday.

According to Public Health England Figures, three deaths were recorded within 28 days of a positive coronavirus in Barrow, with a further death recorded in Carlisle.

Other deaths were also reported in the county, with another in Allerdale and one in Copeland.

Allerdale - 163 (166.7 cases per 100,000 people)

Barrow - 151 (225.2 cases per 100,000 people)

Carlisle - 286 (263.2 cases per 100,000 people)

Copeland - 149 (218.5 cases per 100,000 people)

Eden - 101 (189.7 cases per 100,000 people)

South Lakeland - 179 (170.3 cases per 100,000 people)
