A HOTEL is due to go up for auction.
The Rams Head in Barrow is due to go under the hammer with a list price of £300,000.
The 14-bedroom hotel in Rawlinson Street will be among the lots at a sale by SDL auctions on October 30.
"There is a part developed commercial space which would open up many possibilities including renting the area to a restaurant, takeaway, corner shop or any other business use subject to permissions," a listing said.
The auction will be live-streamed at 10.30am.
