South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow
A MAN is due to appear in court after being charged with assault.
Ross Lambert is alleged to have assaulted Kevin Hinchley by beating him in Barrow on September 20.
The 27-year-old is scheduled to appear before the bench at South Magistrates' Court on Monday to face the charge against him.
The defendant, of Kent Street in Barrow, will be represented by Denby and Co Solicitors.
