A MAN has been convicted of failing to provide information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to be guilty of an offence.
Stephen James Jones denied that he failed to disclose information to police in Carlisle on March 13.
But the 33-year-old was found guilty of the offence following a trial.
Jones, of Vulcan Road in Barrow, was fined £663 by magistrates.
He was handed six penalty points and told to pay a victim surcharge of £63 and £310 costs.
